Well you need to provide some more details regarding your symptoms, you need to understand that there is a difference between semen and pre-ejaculate, semen is thick whitish fluid which is released from penis after appropriate sexual stimuli and it contains sperms, while pre-ejaculate is clear sticky body fluid which is released from penis after minimal sexual stimuli it is basically a lubricant which helps the semen to travel through urethra. Now if you are having pre-ejaculate release from penis while talking to a girl then it is a natural phenomena and you do not need to worry about it but if you are having semen released from penis with minimal sexual stimuli then you might be suffering from premature ejaculation which needs to be treated.
