Hello
I understand your concern.
Your thyroid status indicates you have
hypothyroidism.
Iron deficiency anaemia is present in 20-60% of women with hypothyroidism. There is decreased absorption of iron from gut as well as decreased production of a hormone called
erythropoietin in hypothyroidism.
Blood T3 level is not diagnostic test for
thyroid cancer. You need not worry for that.
Possibility of thyroid cancer is present when there are nodules over gland, weight loss, family history positive for the cancer.
In that case, diagnostic test is radionuclide scan with biopsy or ultrasound examination.
You have hypothyroidism. It can be easily taken care of by drug called
levothyroxine.
It is usually given in dose of 50-100 mg once daily everyday according to TSH levels.
Symptoms like fatigue are resolved within 1-2 weeks of initiation of treatment.
I just recommend you to take medications as prescribed and do timely follow ups.
Hope this information helps.
Wish you good health
