Last year I had both of my Fallopian tubes removed and since then my periods have been the same day every month without fail lasting the same amount of time with no issues this month however when I was due on I didn t bleed but still had the period pains like I would do normally then when I woke up this morning (now 10 days late) I had bled during the night throughout the day when I ve gone to change the tampon there has been very little blood but always a long dark jelly like clot about 2/3cm long should I be worried??
