What Causes Irregular Blood Discharge From Vagina Along With Vomiting And Diarrhea?
My period is 18 days late. I have really irregular periods, and i cant be pregnant because i haven t had sex. A few times in a few weeks i noticed vaginal bloody discharge after bowel movement. I thought it meant my period is coming but nothing shows up. I know i have stressed out and maybe caused delay in the process but now I m concerned about this vaginal discharge. Also today i vomitted in the morning, then had diarrhoea. Please help I m really concerned.

Irregular periods occur due to hormonal imbalance, stress or even anemia. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and examination.
Vomiting and diarrhea are probably due to gastrointestinal infection and unlikely to be associated with irregular periods or vaginal discharge.
