Hi I m nerissa.. I have a health concern. Lately I been having irregular bowel movements and when I finally have one there s always blood, not saying this is the first time the blood has shown but it has happened afew time over the years but until now it happens alot

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to hemorrhoids. But better to rule out other problems like diverticulitis by doing a sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy after consulting a Gastroenterologist. Taking stool softerners like lactulose or cremaffin at bed time will be helpful. Take fiber rich diet. Take plenty of plain water also.
