What Causes Irregular Contractions When Pregnant?
I am 34 weeks tomorrow first pregnancy. I have been having irregular contractions since 3am last nights it s now 4pm, som pelvic pressure, swelling in my vagina and groin pain. The contractions are painful but not super intense. I am confused on if this is the beginning of labor or just false labor please help!?

Understand your concern.
consult the gynecologist as early as possible.
I think it is preterm labor pain.
Following are features of false labor pain:
shorter contractions,
variable intensity and
associated with no change in your cervix
True Labor pain:
regular contractions associated with changing your cervix.
5 minutes apart, lasting one minute, and persisting
It is in severe intensity
