What Causes Irregular Heart Beat While On Lisinopril?

i just started taking lisinopril for hbp and my face and arms are pins and needles, heaviness in chest, nauseated, headaches, Dizzy, and general feeling of things are not good, I was on propranolol before. BP erratic, recent reading 162/99 with 74 heartbeat. 2 hrs earlier heartbeat jumped to 93 without exertion.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have irregular heart beat while on Lisinopril. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are probably due to lisinopril as its side effects . I would suggest you to consult doctor who prescribe this medicine .Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe substitute . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist for arrythemia or other heart problem . For now take proper rest , eat healthy and do not exert your body . Do not not bend forward and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day .
