What Causes Irregular Heart Beat?
I have been keeping track of my blood pressure at home for several months. over the past several months I would get an irregular heart beat from my tester. over the past two weeks i m getting them almost daily now,i m 45 years old. 225lbs. non-smoker.

Please consult a physician in person. He will auscultate your heart, will check the pulse status, and will do an EKG (ECG of heart ) and will comment if anything is going wrong in there.
Reduce your weight it shouldn't be morw than 160.
