Hi I m 30 years old and experience some irregular heart beats at night, like flutters and sometimes experience heavyness on the chest and difficult to take deeps breaths when laying down at night. Do not experience it during the day but I also think due to my job it might be cause I eat late at night. I went into the ER less than 6 months ago with similar issues and they did an EKG, chest xray and blood work and found nothing. Should I continue to be concerned it s my heart or is it likely because I m a little overweight and eat late that s causing these issues? Thanks.
