Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns
I went through your details. I can understand your question perfectly. You should understand your heart rhythm first. Heart beat or
heart rate is usually 72 beats per minute on an average. While resting, it may come down to 60.
In your case, you may count your heart rate whenever you are laying down. Many a time, because of your obsession, you feel like the heart beat is pretty slow. That is just an illusion. Illusion because of your obsession towards the heart rate. You quoted "it only happens then or if I am more aware of it then since I am not focusing on anything else at that time". Exactly that is the truth.
As long as you are healthy with exercise for 6 days a week, do not smoke, drink or have
drug abuse, there is no risk factors regarding your heart health. I suggest you to be stop being obsessive with your heart health. Be with your family, love yourself and your family and god. Everything will be alright.
