What Causes Irregular Heart Rate And Flushing Of Face Despite Having Normal BP Reading?

I am experiencing irregular heart beat, flushing of face, feeling like my blood pressure is high. I noticed it more inside my apartment, not outside. I went to the doctor and he did an ekg and check blood pressure and all was fine...I spoke with my neighbor and she is experiencing the same symptoms...Any suggestions?

I went through your details. You had consulted a doctor and he did ekg and blood pressure in general conditions and they were normal. In that case, there should not be anything to worry about. Heart rate and feeling high could also mean stress. Stress may or may not cause elevation in blood pressure. Just try to recap, were you stressed?

Second chance is obsession related anxiety. If you worry about your heart rate and blood pressure, it is quite natural for you to feel them high. As for heart rate, you try measuring them on a 60 second scale, rather than measuring for 10 seconds and multiply it with 6. Don't worry. You are alright. You may consult a psychologist for counseling.
