Which pacemaker is he inserted is it single chamber or dual chamber or biventricular pacemaker? It is possible that it may be pacemaker syndrome or over sensing or under sensing pacemaker, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your cardiologist/electrophysiologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
