What Causes Irregular Menses With Heavy Flow?
I am a 17 year old girl and I have always had really irregular periods. They go from being monthly to being every three months and it is really hard to predict/manage them. They are always really heavy, with large blood clots and require me to change tampons every hour and a half or so. Is there any way to help manage this? Why are they so irregular and why are they so heavy?

Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated, you have to get an ultrasound scan to look for conditions like PCOS which can cause heavy bleeding.
