What Causes Irregular Menstrual Bleeding With Abdominal Cramps?

Hi, I m may I was out in the hospital for lower abdomin and back pains. I had a bad UTI that went into my kidneys. When I got out I ended up getting my period on June 4th. It was supper heavy for one day, nothing the next and then light the day after that but the cramping was bad. I went to my doctor and she changed my birth control to seasonal so I only get my period every three months now. Lately I ve been supper tired and I hate having naps but I always want one now, my back is sore, light cramping at times, hard time getting comfortable at night, sore feet, nausea, always hungry, and my breast are sore every now and again. Could I be pregnant?
