What Causes Irregular Menstrual Periods?

I am 25 years old and i am worried. My period comes on the 15 of every month but this month it didn t. I have all the bloating and cramps and emotional stages of a period. My back hurts and I have a clear discharge what does this mean and what is causing my period to not come yet?

Understand your concern
If you are sexually active then first cause of delayed period is pregnancy. Or it may be premenstrual symptoms. so fist rule out by doing Blood HCG and or urine pregnancy test (7-9 days after delayed period)
Other causes of delayed period are if period will not come and HPt will be negative:
Change in the lifestyle and eating habit.
Hormonal imbalance, cervicitis, PCOS/Ovarian cyst, endometriosis.
For this you have to consult the gynecologist and go for reproductive and thyroid hormone analysis, USG scan, ovarian follicle study and PAP smear.
Take healthy diet and small frequent milk.
Avois spicy and fatty food. Take ginger capsule and tablet diezene.
Tablet ibuprufen for pain. Do regular exercise like walking and yoga.
