General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have a history of having regular periods before abortion. After abortion you are not menstruating regularly, it is because you might be anemic, you are not ovulating regularly, infection in the uterus or hormonal imbalance, etc.

You are suggested to visit ER, get examined physically. get evaluated, get treated at the earliest.

Your treating doctor may suggest D&C or may treat with medicines. In the meantime take calcium & iron rich food. Take protein & avoid addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
