What Causes Irregular Menstruation Along With Abdominal Bloating And Hair Loss?

Hi I have been on severe pain and heavy bleeding during my period for 1 year ( from March 2016 to March 2017). I was asked to take contraceptive pls but I didn t prefer that. Later in March 2017 , I got very bad stomach cramp. Doctor said I have hurt my muscles and it should be ok. I was ok in 5 days with full rest and heavy dose pain killers. But after that my periods didn t come at exact time. Mostly late until July 2017 when I didn t get my periods. I got it in August mid. After that it was regular and now again I have not had my periods in October. I have been putting on weight. Feel hungry n bloated very often. Lot of hair loss. What it could be? I am 33. Is it so that my periods are stopping. Because my maternal side all had menupause by the age of 40.
