For the last month I ve had lower abdominal cramping off and on. Pain intensity varies with each cramping episode. Last few days cramping has been more severe and constant. My menstral cycle has been very irregular since having the Essure procedure done three years ago. My cycles run now usually 12-21 days. So yes at times I only get a four day break from bleeding. Currently I m late for my period on day 33. This has never happened since having that procedure. I ve also been having some bright red blood with the occasional BM. Fatigue has also been a problem this last month. I m normally a night owl and usually can t fall asleep before 1-2am. The last month I ve been lucky to last past 9pm (no other changes in lifestyle or routine to cause this). I did an at home mid-stream urine test today. Was negative for nitrates but leukocytes showed in the 70-125ul range. Can having leukocytes in your urine be indicative of anything else besides a UTI? I m 40 years. Weigh 125lb and 5 4 Thank you in advance.
