What Causes Irregular Menstruation And Meagre Menstrual Flow?

Hey doc my age is 23 last month i had my periods on 14th of may but last time i had not enough blood coming and i went out with friends and had alcohol in excess for 2 days and after fews days little bit of alcohol and had done excess exercise but my periods are 10 days late whats the reason and i even started eating sesame seeds and turmeric milk and eveni am getting feel of periods coming like its at end but its not coming and even pregnany tests are negative i tried it 2 times in the morning whats the reason?

Hello,

You should do pregnancy home test at least 5 days of delayed. You are experiencing irregular bleeding which can be with hormone imbalance origin or can be due to unable duet and alcohol intake. Please consult a gynecologist for using combined contraception pills.
