What Causes Irregular Menstruation And Spotting While On Daphne Pills?
I m using daphne pills for 2 years already and just this month I am experiencing some irregularities of my menstruation. I got my normal period last July 28 and it lasted for almost a week. Then after two days, I got some spotting again that lasted for days. After it stopped, after 3 days spotting again. It s that normal? I m just worried about this. I waited for my menses to stop before I ll go to my doctor but then today, spotting is here again. Hope you could help me. Thanks!

Hi,
Daphne is progesterone only pill & irregular menses/spotting is one of its side effect. Ot would stop on its own after few days.
You need not worry about the pregnancy possibility of you are taken ng pills regularly without any break.
Please have an internal check up from yiour gynecologist to exclude possibility of other causes of such bleeding.
