What Causes Irregular Menstruation Upon Withdrawal From Contraceptive Pills?

Hi my wife was using contraceptive till last month she stops them from last mensuration cycle. She was sick last week and doctor gave her antibiotic Zinnat 500 mg. When she started taking medication her mensuration preponed 1week and start bleeding but it was very less but from last Thursday she is bleeding heavily it is fifth day. Now we are worry. Please suggest. She is 30 year old.

- irregular or Spotting inbetween periods
- Breast tenderness
- weight gain
- Stomach upset & Nausea
