Hi. I m worried I may be pregnant.. I am in my 3rd year on the contraceptive bar implanon. I had unprotected sex whole I was on antibiotics. My periods are irregular due to the bar but my first one after it started off with brownish spotting and then was red for a day or two... not a proper period really. I had a second one about 3wks later which last a week and was more normal but had a few small clots in it. I ve taken home pregnancy tests all negative. The reason I feel I could be pregnant is that my stomach seems to bulge out when I flex and feels hard. I feel like I ve put on weight but it doesn t show on the scales.
