General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for your question

Pregnancy is a strong possibilty given your symptoms and the nature of your recent vaginal bleeds. However, only a blood pregnancy test would do justice to this suspicion. First thing I do for my patients with these symptoms is a pregnancy test. If it turns negative, I'd evaluate for other causes of irregular menstruation such as ovarian diseases.

Therefore, I suggest that you go to your doctor for a pregnancy test to confirm.

Please feed me back if you've got any more questions.

Best wishes.
