What Causes Irregular Penile Discharge And Severe Pain In The Back?

Hi doctor I am getting Penal discharge weekly once or twice. That too when I feel discomfort on my stomach, while am going toilet with much more pressures I getting this kind of leakage. Let me know what the problem? I am having severe back pain and also Pain in my knee joints.. Am 27 yrs old weighing 105 kg and the height is about 166cms.

As per your history your symptoms is due to many pathological conditions so first ruled out infection,by doing both your URINE ,STOOL and Urethral Discharge,if any infection is found you will be given antibiotics.Secondly do abdominal ultrasound for any abnormality in the kidney like stone.So nothing to be worried .(thanks)
