What Causes Irregular Periods, Abdominal Pain And Constipation In 40th Year?

Ijust tuened 40 in April and had about two weeke menstuation in begining of January,then normal in February and stopped up to date.Iam using Secure family planning tablets and about a week and half ago suffered from running tummy with severe stomach pains ,now am suffering from constipation and am confused about whats happening

It most liikely is perimenopausal syndrome which starts in early 40s with symptoms of irregular vaginal bleeding, mood swings, hot flushes, etc. Take vitamin D supplements (cholecalciferol) once daily, exercise regularly, take good sleep, take a healthy & balanced diet.
