General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the products of weight loss do change the axis of hypothalamus pituitary and gonadal pathway control via various mechanics. It is the disturbances at central hormone level through negative feedback control which evolves the irregular periods in your case and hence menses inducing agents are not advisable without doctor consultation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
