General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Based on your description, it appears there could be some hormonal factors which could have contributed for the delay in periods.
Generally, after taking Meprate, you should get periods within 10 days after stopping the medication.

Kindly get the following investigations done.
1. Serum FSH and LH levels.
2. Thyroid hormone profile.
3. Trans-vaginal ultrasound scan.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
