What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Brown Vaginal Spotting?

I have been having irregular periods,then I did some tests like hsg,homonal profiling, tvs, then I was given metformin, clomid,and hcg shot to trigger ovulation, then 3 days to my period that s 12 days after ovulation I spotted brownish discharge, and I have been feeling feverish too, now am 2 days late and no tender breast, or other signs. Could I be pregnant?

Hi,

For investigations of irregular menstruations, you may be asked for hormonal work up like FSH, LH, Oestrogen, Progesterone, Prolactin, etc. Before hormonal check-up, you will be examined internally to find any organic disease like infection or cyst-Ultrasonography also will reveal a good amount of information regarding your internal organs (and even pregnancy also).
Avoid stress, take a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
