What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Drainage Of Vaginal Clots During Menstruation?

Hi! I an 25yo and have always had irregular periods,sometime 3months delayed. but this last period that I have bothers me, i have like big slobs of whole blood coming out of me and it s alot. I never experienced this before. Do i have to be concern? Thank you!

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menses is very common and this could be get corrected on its own and if this is not then you have to see the gynecologist and this is nothing to worry, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
