What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Lower Back Pain?
I am 46 and Ive been having irregular periods for about one year and recently havent had a period in two months. I also have small hemorrhoid that has been bothering me about one month and the last to days Ive had the urge to have bowel movement every hour or so. i dont have diarrhea but very soft movements. I have off and on lower back pain and cant figure out what is happening to me.. Menopause... Colon issues?
Hi and welcome. This may be sign of perimenopause but in every case it sounds like pelviv disorder related to ovaries and ultrasound and estrogen levels should be checked to see is there ovarian cyst or endometriosis. This is sign of hormonal imbalance and you may need hormonal therapy if my diagnosis is right. WIsh you good health. Regards
