What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Painful Acne On Body?

I'm 20 yrs old female 5'3 179 lbs I smoke cigarettes I have iregular menstrual last cycle was the beginning of November.. Lately I been having bad migraines and painful pus filled blisters popping up on my body also I have a bad rash under my arms my mouth sometimes taste like blood and I been throwing up spit.... I have no health insurance and I'm really concerned
