What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Vaginal Clots?

My period has been normal my entire life. I did not have a period for two months, two weeks ago, it started and last double the normal time frame. It stopped for a few days and now it is back. I have noticed that there was a lot more clotted blood than normal too.

Hi I did review your concern
Irregular periods can be due to multiple reasons- functional as in related to hormonal changes or Organic- anatomy problems ranging from fibroid to endometriosis to unwanted polyps or growths. I would like you to provide complete details of your problems along with your age and it would be easier for us to help you and guide appropriate management. If not, you need to visit a local gynecologist and get yourself properly evaluated by her.
I hope this helps
Wish you a healthy life ahead
