What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Vaginal Spotting And Backache?
Irregular periods, sexually active with no contraception, last week for one day for about an hour I had light pink on toilet paper when I wiped and now for the past two days ive experienced the same but now I have lower back pain and cramp. What could this mean?

You may have had a urinary tract infection
I would get your blood tests done I.e. complete blood count,urine routine & Kidney function tests
Then accordingly start you on Norfloxacin,as this is a prescription drug you should consult a physician.
