What Causes Irregular Periods And Abdominal Cramps In A Woman With PCOS?
Hello. I am 19 years old, I am 196 pounds, and I am 5foot tall.. when I was 8 years old I started my period, and shortly after that I was diagnosed with PCOS. I have never had a regular period. but the last time I had my period, it lasted up until about a week ago (December 2015 to March 2016). I m not 100% sure that it was my period though, I was bleeding, but I didn t have cramps or anything. But now I am spotting and I am having really bad cramps. Why did I bleed for so long? And why am I spotting now? What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, menses in early age may cause many irregularities and it may long last till the hormone levels sets up, but it is not the matter of worry neither you need to be worry about the cystic condition and everything would be fine hope this information helps.
