What Causes Irregular Periods And Abdominal Pain Despite Using Nuforce Kit?

Hello doctor am 27 unmarried and facing irregular periods frm past 6 months approached a gynecologist and she gave me dronis 20 for 3 months while using it was fine one I stopped it the problem has cme again now am getting pain on belly button and then bleeding starts for one day and red discharge till next cycle of period. One of my frnds mom is a gynecologist and she suggested me to take premence plus for 3 months and nuforce 3 kit for 3 weeks today my third week is fine but still am getting pain around belly button. Pls suggest what needs to be done. Hope you will give me a good solution. Thanks in advance.
