What Causes Irregular Periods And Difficulty In Conceiving While Suffering With PCOS?

hi there, am 38 years old and never conceive dignosed with PCOS and the doctor prescribe fertomid 50 to be taken 2 for 5 days now I have been taking it for 2 months now and not pregnant and I have irregular periode can somebody help on when is the best day to start taking the pill and when to have sex after taking the pill. for e.g. I started my periode yesterday 28 july so when can I start the pill and when to have sex after the pill. help am so so desperate my marriage is collapsing because I can not conceive

Understand your concern
Hormonal imbalance that lead to menstrual irregularity, ovarian dysfunction and insulin resistance is the main cause of infertility in PCOS.
You have to consult the gynecologists and go for reproductive hormone analysis and ovarian follicle study to manage the PCOS.
Fertomid should be taken in the early days of period for 5-6 days (from 2nd and 3rd day of period).
First you have to regularize the period by using birth control pill, progesterone pill, metformin and spironolactone.
Once your period and ovulation become regular, you can conceive.
If medical drugs will fail then IVF should use
Reduce 10-12 percent weight, avoid excessive sweets, drink plenty of water, healthy diet and green leafy vegetables.
