Infertility treatment involves treatment of both the partners. While females have to go through ovarian testing, hysterosalpingography, hormone testing, Imaging tests, etc. Men have to get Sperm function tests, testicular biopsy, post testicular Urinalysis, etc.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by your Gynae along with your partner. Both need to be treat together.
In the meantime both the partners should stay away from stress, addictions if any, take adequate sleep & have high protein diet with minerals & fruits/ veggies.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
