What Causes Irregular Periods And Nausea After Childbirth?

Hi. I gave birth to my daughter last year in August and didn t get my period after that until january this year. I had my second period in February and since then i have not had my period at all. I have started experiencing slight nausea from last week. What could be the problem? Please note that I stopped breastfeeding baby in February.also take note that me and my husband have been using the withdrawal method as pregnancy prevention.
