I have been having sex always use a condom and lately I been cramping for weeks before I started my period .... Then I started my period after 2 days of finishing my period I had protected sex and 3 hours later started spotting light red what s going on with me please help...

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. Sorry to hear about your trouble. I believe that the spotting is a result of penetration with some mechanical injury to your cervical os/opening. I would consider changing your sexual position to see if this spotting stops. I hope that this helps you out, good luck and thank you for your question.
