Good evening, I currently suffer with PCOS. My periods were irregular then became regular and monthly on time and same date. Since November 2013 I have had irregular periods sometimes for up to six weeks at a time or every other week. I ve been back to the doctors and they ve told me this is normal and to loose weight to control it. No matter how much food I ve cut out, carbs mainly, increasing fruit and veg etc I m gaining more not losing. I ve also increased my exercise on a daily basis as well as an active job role. I am not on any birth control either as I was hoping to become pregnant at some stage in life. Hope you could help and thank you for taking the time to read. Regards
