General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you had unprotected sex you should get a repeat pregnancy test done. Get yourself clinically examined by a gynecologist. Get a vaginal examination to detect bulky uterus. Get USG (Uterus with fallopian tube) done to detect ectopic pregnancy. In case you are not pregnant then you will have to go through tests like CBC, urinalysis, Hb%, hormone tests, USG for fibroid and endometriosis. Your treatment will depend on the diagnosis made. In the meantime, do not stress. Stay at rest and take home made nutritious diet.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
