What Causes Irregular Periods While On Depo Shots?
I hope so. I am a 45 yr old female. I have a history of cysts on my ovaries. I am currently taking the Depo Shot. I have been on this for 3.5 years. I have never gotten my period while on the Depo. This month, I have gotten it twice, with a four day break in between. Could this be my cysts or what could be causing this?

dear patient it is likely that your cysts may be causing the problem.
depo shots sometimes are known to give irregular bleeding,despite you not getting any periods.
