What Causes Irregular Periods While On Microgynon And Fumaric Acid?

Hey I m 24 years old I have a 3 year old kid and since then I ve been using microgynon ed and ferrous furmarate family planning pill. Of resent I ve notice my cycle have changed it came before the 28 days and this time it s even worst my cycle finished Saturday last and today (Tuesday) it came back. My breast if also giving milk. I m scarred. Any advise? I m grateful, thanks in advance.

Microgynon 30 contains active ingredients ethinylestradiol and levonorgestrel. It is a type of hormonal combined oral contraceptive pill. Combined oral contraceptives like Microgynon work by over-riding the normal menstrual cycle.
What problems you are experiencing is the side effects of it like menstrual spotting or breakthrough bleeding and Breast tenderness and enlargement.
You can wait for another cycle and see if this continues.
In case it happens or these symptoms worsen, you need to consult Gynecologist for the change in the mode of contraception.
