Hi, I think irregular bleeding can be a side effect of nexplanon. It will go away on its own. You can take tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding and mefenamic acid to relieve the cramps. Do a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound to see the uterus and ovaries to rule out any other cause of irregular bleeding. Hope it helps.
