For the past year though I ve been having my period on a monthly basis until recently I ve gotten my period three times in one month. What do you think the problem is?
Hello dear user! I have gone through your query and understood your concerns! Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic. Irregular menstrual cycle may be caused by several medical conditions which may part of your reproductive system or not. So some of the medical conditions are Polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid dysfunction, physical exercises, adolescence, stress, hyperprolactinemia, ovarian insufficiency etc. The most common finding between young girls is PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome). I would kindly recommend to have an appointment with your gynecologist and get an ultrasound examinations done. According to what the doctor finds, you will get the proper medication. I hope this answer was helpful to you! Please kindly rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot. Thank you and best regards! DR ERIOL.
