The usc scan findings with bulky ovaries&multiple small follicles in both ovaries associated with irregular periods suggests PCOD... it sdue to defeciency of hormones causing ovulation.. so maturity of follicles&ovulation is disturbed &so menses get irregular Menstruation while doing usg scan does not make any difference. You need an expwet gynecologist s advise &treatment (weight reduction/medicines for stimulating follicular maturity &ovulation/surgery .. to get rid of to get rid if the problem.. Reggular exercises aling with dietory restiction along with regular treatment as per expert advise would help you. Thanks
