What Causes Irregular Periods,excess Fatigue And Mood Swings?
I am 38 year old woman. I don t have hot flashes however I am tired all the time very moody irregular periods cry frequently get angry over dumb things and feel the urge to urinate often. I ve had blood test but all came back normal. Could I have perimenopause?

Your problem can be most likely due to hormonal irregularities. All these symptoms usually come on peri-menopausal time. Better to have a consultation with gynecologist and undergo physical examination, ultrasound examination and do hormone level tests in blood to know the exact cause.
