What Causes Irregular Pulse Rate And Shortness Of Breath?

I have irregular pulse, pulse frequently below 50, shortness of breathe especially upon exertion, dry cough and frequent belching and passing gas. The SOB and pulse started 2 months ago. I now have raspy voice and today had episode of vomiting for no apparent reason. Are these all connected?

Hi,

You can consult a cardiologist and get serial EKG monitoring done to rule out any rhythm anomalies of heart.

You can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for dyspeptic symptoms.
