What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding Along With Pain?

Last month I spotted instead of having a period. A week after that ended, I bled really heavy & was in a lot of pain. Hcg test was negative. 3 weeks later & I m spotting again. It s only a little & it s brownish. Plus headaches, nausea, dizziness, & slight twinges of pain on the right side. Any ideas?

You may have to go for pelvic sonography to see endometrial thickness If it is thick have to confirm or rule out Endometrial Hyperplasia as well other Ovarian causes. Headache, nausea ,dizziness may be due to alteredstate of hormons or may be different entity all togather related to Hyper acidity, or Hyper yention.
