What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding While Having PCOS?

I have pcos. I went for 6months with no period, and finally had one in November. It was about 4-5days. About 5 days after my period I started bleeding again and went for another 6 days. After that I have had spotting about 2times is this the pcos? I have a appipoment with my gyno in January but I am just worried.

I really appreciate your concern, the most common cause of irregular menses is change in hormone level it may be due to PCOS but it need to be confirmed without the evidence of that it can not be due to PCOS hope this information helps.
